If Digital Stage Studio is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. You do not have to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@digitalstagestudio.com with the email address you bought with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record, processes the refund to your original payment method.

Subscriptions

For a subscription, the 30-day guarantee covers your first payment. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

After a refund

When a refund is made, the licence it paid for is deactivated.

Your rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
